Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StartList mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StartList is a team coordination tool for amateur cycling teams. It allows users to create teams, schedule races, and track attendance.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious files or content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (race names, notes, GPX files). By uploading content, you grant StartList a license to store and display it to your team members as part of the service.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription (Pro plan).
• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Billing, renewals, and cancellation are handled by the respective store.
• We do not process payment information directly.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Delete Account option in your Profile settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StartList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
