Delete Account & Data
Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account directly from the StartList app:
- Open the app and go to Profile
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, team memberships, and associated data from our servers.
Request data deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app or need assistance, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at:
support@startlist.app
Please include the email address associated with your StartList account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email address)
- Your team memberships and race participation history
- Any content you created (races, notes, uploaded files)
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law.
