For federations and organisers

Your calendar, in every team's pocket.

Publish your season once. Teams add your races in one tap, hear about cancellations straight away, and find their results as soon as you upload them.

Talk to us What you get

N°01

Drop your season calendar as an Excel file. StartList reads it, checks it against what you already published, and puts it live.

N°02

Teams add your races to their own calendar in one tap and organise their riders around them.

N°03

Upload results and riders find their own name in seconds, next to the race they rode.

What you get

A workbench for your season

The federation tools in StartList, built with the federations already on it.

N°01
Season calendar from Excel
Upload the file you already have. Columns are recognised in Dutch, English or French, and dates like "zondag 10 mei 2026" are understood.
N°02
Preview before it goes live
Every row is checked first: new, duplicate of a race you already published, or invalid. Untick what you don't want, then import.
N°03
Results per race, or many at once
Upload a results file per race, or a batch for a whole weekend. The original file is kept with the race.
N°04
Edit results safely
Fix a name or a time without breaking anything. DNF, DNS, category positions and bib numbers stay as they were.
N°05
Cancellations that reach teams
Cancel a race and every team that added it is notified, with a cancelled badge on their calendar.
N°06
Followers
Teams can follow your federation, so your calendar is the one they check first.
N°07
Your own admin team
Invite the people who run the calendar and the results, and manage them from one place.
N°08
Desktop workbench, phone ready
A full desktop workspace for the season upload, and the same tools on a phone for race day.
